As perf supports system-wide events (soon), it would be really useful to have the kernel device drivers for GPUs generate perf events to improve profiling.

Need to move "add to LAVA dashboard" to another blueprint.

Bug fix and checking viable across platform by getting feedback from Landing team would be complished after integrating perf to LAVA.
Headline: Hook performance events from GPU
Acceptance: User can get performance events from GPU (Mali) by reading dumped file with enabling STATE_TRACKING or getting data from / proc/mali optionally.
