Need to rename libmatrix to reflect its expanded utility.

As libmatrix is no longer focused solely on linear algebra, it seems natural to rename it to reflect the support of more general features like shader management that bridge the compatibility gap between older versions of OpenGL and OpenGL ES and newer ones.
