[fboudra, 2011-11-14] Extend the blueprint with some work items for the network improvements.
[pwlars, 2011-11-16] we moved dns and dhcp to the server and off the router, but decided to postpone expanding the address space. Moving it to the server means that we can control lease times and monitor usage easier than we could on the router, and also give us a more stable server to do this from. So far, it looks like address usage is ok, but we should continue to monitor this and look at expanding to a larger subnet in the not-so-distant future.
Headline: The validation.
Acceptance:
1. memory increased to 30GB (already ordered and arrived)
2. Oneiric running on the system
3. LAVA tested and running properly again
4. Network improvements deployed (router, static IPs, DHCP setup)
