Wifi lab instrumentation for basic enablement testing effort

Registered by Alexander Sack

Add WIFI Access Point(s) to the lab to support enablement testing in lab for scanning, connect and payload over wifi.

First access point should be WPA-PSK or open if that's ok the lab environment.

The problem on where to configure and how to pass deployment details like AP name, secret needs to be addressed for this blueprint as well.
