Allow lava-dispatcher to be configured to specify where to get lava-test
As a lava developer, I would like to configure lava-dispatcher to point to a different location for installing lava-test so that I can test a change in lava-test with the full lava stack.
As a user who deploys lava locally, I would like to configure lava-dispatcher to use my custom version of lava-test.

Headline: Lava-dispatcher can now be configured to point to the branch, or other location for installing lava-test on the test image.
