PST: support linestyle=none

The current implementation of the graphical library does not support the absence of borders. It must be managed into the selection, plotting and dimension functions.
The PST parser may have to support this too.
The PST/SVG export must be updated too. In SVG, the absence of the attribute 'stroke' and 'stroke=none' correspond to 'linestyle=none'
