Pause , Unpause options for entire stack

We have a API call for an instance to be pause, unpause, back again in nova. A stack with set of one or more instances should be able to pause. And it should be able to unpause back when required.
For a example,
In a stack , with three instances, is running over nova. If I want to make a pause to all the three instances, There should be a single option available from the stack to pause all the three instances in a stack and visa verse.
