Allow to test unstable apps in sandbox

We can create a simple script that sets up full-featured chroot with the latest unstable elementary OS and all its apps and allows users to test them without installing the system or affecting the host system.

Proof-of-concept works; real implementation in the works, has good progress.

I'm not sure of the technical side of this, but it looks pretty awesome for developers/testers. It would be best, however, to abstract the back end from the user and provide a nice, simple, and fancy front end. ~cassidyjames
