Android and iOS devices expose media playback information and controls when paired over Bluetooth. We should use this to:
- Display the track info in the Sound indicator
- Enable the usage of playback controls in the Sound indicator
- Fetch album art from Last.fm? (it appears it is not exposed over Bluetooth)
- Ensure media keys work
- Future-proof for PulseAudio features like audio ducking
